• Contact person for supervisors and employees for all topics relating to personnel and cooperation
• Conducting employee appraisals on various topics and areas of responsibility
• Designing and implementing digital solutions to improve processes on the store floor (e.g. MLean)
• Planning and implementing training measures for industrial employees (cross-training)
• Testing and introducing shift planning software
• Expanding and optimizing employee scheduling in areas such as logistics, technology, maintenance and quality
• Cooperation with the works council on individual personnel matters

What you should bring

• Degree in economics or comparable professional experience in the HR environment
• Authentic, empathetic and trustworthy personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and engaging demeanor
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP HR knowledge an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills
