To suggest other suitable jobs to you and present your profile to potential client companies, we need your consent to store your application data beyond the end of the specific application process.  For this purpose, please activate the checkbox by clicking it to make a tick.

In this case, your personal data that you provided to us during the entire application process (e.g. cover letter, CV, photo, certificates, questionnaires, interviews) will be stored in our applicant database for a maximum of 24 additional months after the end of the specific application process, unless you have agreed to longer storage.

We use this data to contact you at a later date, if necessary, and to continue the application process or, if you should be considered for another position, to consider you for it. If "special categories of personal data" were communicated in the letter of application or even in other documents submitted in the application process, these data may also be processed by us in the aforementioned sense.

You can refuse this consent without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages. You can also withdraw your consent at any time in text form via the info@avitea.de e-mail address. Please note that the revocation is only effective for the future. This means that any processing that took place before the revocation remains lawful and is not affected by it. Please also note that we may need to retain certain data for a specific period of time to comply with legal requirements.

The same applies to data processing on the basis of other authorization facts after receipt of the revocation.
