With the CDN, web page content such as scripts and stylesheets are delivered faster via a network of regionally distributed servers. For this purpose, the browser must establish a connection to the servers of unpkg. If the files in question have already been loaded previously on another page of CDN, the browser will usually automatically fall back on the cached copy.
You can prevent the collection as well as the processing of your data by unpkg by deactivating the execution of script code in your browser or by installing a script blocker in your browser.

  • Browser type/version,
  • IP address,
  • operating system used,
  • URL of the previously visited website,
  • Amount of data sent.
  • And if specified: First name, surname and email address.

All our employees have been and will continue to be trained in data protection and how to handle customer data securely and confidentially. Processing is therefore permitted in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR. If you do not wish this, you are welcome to inform us using the contact details below. We will then delete saved chats immediately.

The storage of chat data also serves the purpose of ensuring the security of our information technology systems. This is also our legitimate interest, which is why processing is permitted under Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR.

Processing of (personal) data by the operator of mobile funnels

General Information
This website uses mobile funnels (hereinafter: Funnels), operated by Perspective Software GmbH (hereinafter: Perspective), a German-based company that provides software for creating and operating Funnels (https://perspective.co/impressum). The data entered during the use of mobile funnels is transmitted via SSL encryption and stored in a database. The operator of this website is solely responsible for this data within the meaning of Art. 24 GDPR. Perspective is only the operator of the software and in this context a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The basis for the processing by Perspective in this regard is a contract for commissioned processing between the controller and Perspective. In addition, Perspective Software GmbH processes further data for the provision of its services, in particular for the operation of the Funnels, some of which may also be personal data. This will be discussed in more detail below.

Responsible party
The responsible party within the meaning of data protection law is:
Perspective Software GmbH
Müggelstrasse 22
10247 Berlin, Germany
E-mail: privacy@perspective.co

Access logs ("server logs")
Each time the Funnels are accessed, general log data, called server logs, are automatically collected. These data are usually pseudonyms and therefore do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a natural person. Without the data, it would not be technically possible to deliver and display the contents of the software. The processing of the data is also mandatory for security reasons, in particular for access, input and transfer and storage control. Furthermore, the anonymous information may be used for statistical purposes and for optimizing the offer and technology. In addition, the log files can be subsequently checked and evaluated if there is any suspicion of illegal use of the software. The legal basis for this is found in Section 15 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and Art. 6. (1) (f) GDPR. The general data collected includes the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system and the timestamp of access to the software. The IP address of the user is not stored. However, the user is assigned a "session ID." The scope of this logging does not exceed the common scope of any other website on the Internet. The storage period of these access logs is up to 7 days. The right to object does not apply.

Collection of user behavior data
The general data collected includes the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system, the user's session ID and the timestamp of access to the software. All data entered by the user when using the Funnels (e.g. answering form fields; using interactive components) is assigned to the user by means of a session ID and made available to the operator of this website. The operator of this website is responsible for the deletion, storage and further processing of the personal data in accordance with current legislation.

Use of cookies
Cookies are used in the Funnels. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the device with which you access the Funnels. The cookies used serve to ensure security when visiting a website ("essential"), to implement certain functionalities such as default language settings ("functional") and to improve the user experience or performance on the website ("performance"). Within the Funnels, absolutely necessary functional and performance cookies are used, in particular for the implementation of certain default settings such as the language, for the storage of given answers even with a poor Internet connection or for the analysis of the performance of a Funnel and the used channel through which a user has reached this Funnel. The use of cookies is mandatory for the provision of our services and thus for the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Storage duration: Up to 1 month or until the end of the browser session right to object: You can determine yourself via your browser settings whether you want to allow cookies or object to the use of cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may result in limited or completely disabled functionality of the Funnels. The operator of this website has the option to decide individually for each Funnel used, which decision options for the use of cookies are given to the user. It
is part of the responsibility of the website operator to use cookies in accordance with the applicable legal restrictions. If the operator of the website uses extensions of external companies within Funnels, it is the responsibility of the operator of the website to inform the user about this.

Rights of the data subject
If Perspective Software GmbH as the controller processes personal data, you as the data subject have, depending on the legal basis and the purpose of the processing, certain rights under Chapter III of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including, where applicable, the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke this data protection consent in accordance with Art. 7 III GDPR. To assert your data protection rights with regard to the data processed for the operation of Funnels, please contact the data protection officer of Perspective Software GmbH (see section B.).

Final provisions
Perspective reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time to ensure that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to the services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply for a renewed visit to the Funnels.
