What you should bring

• Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a focus on HR
• First to several years of experience in generalist HR work
• Good to very good knowledge of collective agreements, company agreements and labor law issues
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and empathy
• Confident demeanor even in challenging situations
