• Approaching new customers by telephone and advising and supporting new customers in person
• Expanding and developing existing customer relationships
• Preparing offers and conducting contract negotiations (e.g. conditions and framework conditions)
• Carrying out the entire personnel selection process up to the presentation of candidates to the client and organizing and accompanying personal interviews
• Contact person for our employees in all personnel matters

What you should bring

• You have completed an apprenticeship and are interested in the areas of personnel and sales
• You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented
• You have a strong service mentality and enthusiasm
• Several years of professional experience in the personnel services industry or practical experience in sales desirable
