What awaits you

  • You create and maintain the safety and health protection plan (SiGe plan) in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance.
  • You coordinate all safety-relevant measures on construction sites and ensure their implementation.
  • You will work closely with clients, planners and contractors to ensure a high level of safety.
  • You will carry out regular site inspections and safety checks.
  • You document safety-relevant incidents and communicate these to all parties involved in a targeted manner.
  • You advise the client on all aspects of occupational health and safety.
  • You prepare risk assessments and carry out workplace analyses.
  • You organize occupational health check-ups and supervise their implementation.
  • They train and instruct employees in the safe use of work equipment and how to avoid hazards.
  • They are involved in the selection and regular testing of work equipment and personal protective equipment.

What you should bring

  • You have completed technical training or a degree in construction, engineering or safety technology.
  • You have successfully completed the additional qualification as a safety and health protection coordinator (SiGeKo) in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance.
  • You are a trained occupational safety specialist in accordance with Section 7 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG).
  • You have sound knowledge of occupational safety law, accident prevention, ergonomics and hazardous substance management.
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in a construction environment - ideally with direct reference to occupational safety and construction site coordination.
  • You have strong communication and consulting skills in dealing with various project participants.
  • Your way of working is independent, structured and solution-oriented.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
  • You value interdisciplinary cooperation in project teams and are actively involved in security processes.
