- Creation and management of assembly documents
- Checking and booking time sheets
- Checking incoming invoices and preparing outgoing invoices
- Carrying out statistical evaluations and post-calculations
- Maintenance and further development of an ERP system
- Creating and managing quotations and orders
- General administrative and organizational activities
What you should bring
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial assistance function, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
- Confident handling of ERP systems, preferably AP+
- Experience in the introduction and implementation of new ERP systems is an advantage
