• You take over the location in Rheda-Wiedenbrück with all existing customers and employees and are responsible for the successful expansion and management of the customer business
• You will acquire customers for your location, actively maintain the customer contacts you have established and build up a sales network
• You will lead and motivate your internal team, in whose selection you will of course be involved in the event of further growth
• You initiate suitable recruiting measures to find suitable candidates for your client companies
• You and your team ensure reliable support for employees and ensure a positive candidate experience
• You are responsible for target and budget planning for your branch as well as for strategic development and independently initiate measures to achieve the goals within the framework of our corporate philosophy
• You work together with other branch managers on an equal footing and are a sparring partner in order to further expand our service together

What you should bring

• You have professional experience in the personnel services industry and have already worked as a branch manager or would now like to take the next step in your career as a personnel / sales planner
• You have a commercial understanding thanks to a degree or completed training
• Due to your previous professional experience, you are familiar with the regional labor market and the structures in the region
• Strong communication skills, sales and customer orientation as well as enthusiasm and a high service mentality characterize your working style
• We require a good affinity for IT and numbers as well as knowledge of MS Office products
