Success story: applicants for metalworkers with two completed master's degrees.

Our job of bringing applicants and client companies together was a real pleasure for our personnel officer Peggy Blechschmidt recently. She was processing a metal worker application when she noticed that the applicant had two master's degrees to his credit.

The applicant had applied as a metal worker because he was urgently looking for a job and had not yet been successful in his search. Without further ado, our consultant presented the profile to a customer company in Bad Sassendorf. After a successful interview, the client discovered the potential and created a new position for the candidate. Our employee is now employed as a project developer for photovoltaic systems according to his qualification.
