By direct placement into a new job

Tobias Tegetmeyer (right) was working for several years as a product manager in an international company when a message from Julia Haver (left) reached him via LinkedIn: avitea is looking for a new project manager for HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA!

Mr. Tegetmeyer was not actually looking for a new job at that time. avitea experts employee Julia Haver, however, was able to convince him of a new challenge.
So he started already in April at HELLA as a project manager in the SOE area (Special Original Equipment).
Now it was time for a personal reunion and a little review of the successful direct placement.
